2. About Us

Sheefon is a women’s clothing brand based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We design and stitch our own garments, including co-ord sets, embroidered kurtas, printed shirts, shalwars, and short shirts. Because many of our pieces are made in limited quantity, colors and stock may change often.

3. Products and Pricing

  • All prices on our website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We try to show accurate photos and descriptions, but slight differences in color may appear due to lighting, fabric batch, or your screen settings.
  • Since many items are handmade, small variations in stitching or embroidery are normal and are not considered defects.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or update product details at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Placement

  • An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us (via call, WhatsApp, or email).
  • We may contact you to confirm size, color, and address before processing your order.
  • Sheefon reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will be informed and any advance payment will be returned.

5. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

For Bank Transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa orders, please share your payment screenshot with us to confirm your order.

6. Delivery

  • We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
  • Estimated delivery time is [7–10business days], depending on your city.
  • Delivery charges are [Rs.350] and will be shown at checkout or confirmed at the time of order.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Sheefon is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number.

7. Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Please note: we offer exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo/video of the product, and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-order items may not be eligible for exchange, since they are made specifically for you. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of order.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us directly. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but our Exchange Policy will apply.

9. Use of Our Website

  • You agree to use sheefon.com only for lawful purposes.
  • All content on this website — including photos, designs, logos, and text — belongs to Sheefon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sheefon works hard to provide accurate information and good quality products. However, we are not responsible for any indirect loss or inconvenience caused by delays, courier issues, or events beyond our control.
